We want you to love Romantasy Tycoon as much as we do. If there’s a problem with your order, we’ll make it right.
This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly through our website (www.storycraftgames.net).
Due to the nature of limited print-run board games and preorder fulfillment, we currently do not accept returns for change of mind.
However, if your game arrives damaged, incomplete, or with a manufacturing defect, we’ll work with you to replace the affected components or issue a refund where appropriate.

If you need help with an order, contact us within 14 days of receiving your shipment. After that, we may not be able to accommodate refunds or replacements.
If your order appears lost or stuck in transit for more than 21 days, please contact us — we’ll investigate and either:

Preorders may be canceled for a full refund any time before the game ships. After shipping, our standard return/refund terms apply.
We will communicate all estimated ship dates clearly and update customers promptly if anything changes.
If your return or replacement is due to an error on our part (e.g., defect, wrong item), we’ll cover all shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
